Ms. Gail Scott is majority partner of JS Engineering and a civil engineer with over 5 years of experience and a specialization in materials engineering. Ms. Scott has experience in airfield civil design, pavement and geotechnical engineering and construction inspection. Her attention to detail and passion for flexible and rigid pavement explains her success in strictly enforcing Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) specification requirements and insisting on a high-quality product throughout the construction duration. She has a Master’s in Civil Engineering with a specialization in pavements, transportation, and materials engineering. Courses include concrete and asphalt materials, pavement design, and construction law.

Jack Scott is an accomplished, licensed professional civil engineer and expert in the areas of airport construction and design, pavements, portland cement concrete and asphalt materials, testing, geotechnical, and troubleshooting design and construction projects. He has over 30 years of engineering experience in the U.S. and international market. He is active and highly regarded in the professional community. Prior to consulting he was the FAA Northwest Mountain Regional Engineer specialist in Airports Division. He provided expert guidance to FAA engineers and consultants in the areas of pavements, materials, design, contracts, construction, maintenance, testing, airport lighting, signs, and marking.
